The subject of the contract is "Supply of reagents and medical equipment for the needs of the Department of Pathomorphology of CSK UM in Łódź" 1.1.The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Contract (SWZ), Annex No. 2A to the SWZ (applicable to package No. 1, item. 1) and Annex No. 2B to the FTZ (applies to package No. 1, item. 2) 1.2.
