Description

(1) The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase, delivery of equipment along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 3) The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted: Part A: notebook and docking station – 1 pc; Part B: notebook 1 pcs.; Part C: computer 1 pc. 4) Duration of the contract: up to 9 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement (applies to parts A and B of the procedure) / up to 9 days from the date of receipt of the order (applies to part C of the procedure). 5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Department of Supply Management, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice. 6) The required minimum warranty period is specified in the SWZ. 7) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. 8) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts for additional supplies within the meaning of Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 9) There was no market consultation prior to the initiation of the proceeding.
