Description

A tender for student accomodation - The University is looking to the supply market for innovative and creative solutions to its requirement of 350 student bed spaces. The University requires that any supplier must be able to deliver in a minimum of 50 bed space lots. The University will consider contracting with more than one supplier.
The student accommodation must be within a 3 mile radius of the University's Winchester Campus and the supplier must be able to construct suitable student accommodation to University determined specifications.
