Description

This tender concerns the national call for tenders for the execution of works for the Scheldestream Water Board, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority. For the purposes of this invitation to tender, the ARW2016 applies.
This invitation to tender is a national invitation to tender. That is to say, this invitation to tender is subject only to that which is set out in the tender documents and the provisions on national tenders in the 2012 Aanbestedingswet (Public Procurement Act).
