1. The subject-matter of this contract is: Delivery of a CT scanner with RIS/PACS/VNA software for the Health Care Team, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława. 2. The contract covers 1 part. 3. The quantities, characteristics and technical and operational parameters of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 2 and Annexes 1, 5 to the tender specifications (SWZ). 4. The offered subject of the contract should meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in: a) Medical Devices Act of 7.04.2022. (codification OJ 2022, p. 974 as amended), (b) Regulation of the Minister of Health of 17 February 2016 on essential requirements and conformity assessment procedures for medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 211 as amended) ; c) must meet the technical requirements contained in the RVUs and annexes to the RVUs, for this purpose the Contractors shall submit: - a statement that the offered subject of the contract has valid documents allowing for marketing and use issued in accordance with the law - Annex 8. 5. Wherever the Contracting Authority allows equivalent tenders, the characteristics of equivalence have been specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (if applicable). Under the concept of an equivalent offer, the Contracting Authority understands the subject of the contract at least equal in terms of the described standards, standards, parameters, technical and quality characteristics. The described parameters of the subject of the contract are the minimum quality required by the Ordering Party. The Contractor who submits an equivalent offer is obliged to inform the Ordering Party about this fact and demonstrate that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, by providing information on meeting the characteristics indicated by the Ordering Party as equivalent.
