Description

Hotel 1 is linked to the Academy (3. (BA) a building complex consisting of several components. The basement and the ground floor form the base floor of this building. Through these floors there is a connection between the 2nd BA and the Academy building (3 rd) BA/not included in this invitation to tender).
In the basement of Hotel 1 (2nd) BA) there are kitchen rooms in the canteen, there are other kitchen rooms on the ground floor and the dining room (not included in the invitation to tender). The rest of the UG, as well as in the EC until 4. Upper floors are located in the existing hotel rooms. These will be converted into office space.
The Hotel 1 building part was built around 1971-72 with 6 full floors. The basement is flat. In the area of Aula II (former swimming pool), the building is subclad.The total building dimensions are approx. LxBxH = 75 m x 40 m x 19.5 m.
In this procurement procedure, roofing works will be put out to tender.
