Description

50Hertz Transmission GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the client) advertises framework contracts for technical project and engineering services for the implementation of AC, DC and offshore projects in the 50Hertz control zone. The services advertised include construction and infrastructure technology, electrical installations and systems, cable and overhead line technology, ground surveying and ordnance disposal, specialist construction management, construction supervision and supervision, surveying and inventory planning, routing of underground cables, quality assurance and control as well as sub-project management overhead line / substation. The objective of the call for tenders is to conclude several framework contracts with different contractors per lot. In addition to 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, all companies affiliated with the Elia Group (in particular 50Hertz Offshore GmbH, 50Hertz Connectors GmbH, Elia Grid International GmbH, Elia Transmission Belgium S.A., Elia Asset S.A. and Elia Engineering S.A.) are entitled to use this contract. In addition, the client reserves the right to transfer this contract to current or future affiliated companies or companies in which the client is involved. Similarly, in the event of a restructuring of the contractor under company law or the disappearance of individual members of a group of companies (ARGE as AN), the client reserves the right to transfer the contract to the new company owner or remaining members of a group of companies.
