The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for Warszawski Szpital Południowego sp. z o.o. under Project KPO D1.1.1 – part II. I. The subject of the contract includes: Activity 1 – Videobronchoscope; Task 2 - EUS endoscopic ultrasound; Task No. 3 - Equipment of the Endoscopy Laboratory; Task No. 4 - Laparoscopic-endoscopic vision track; Task 5 - Endoscope wash Task 6 - Diathermy; Task No. 7 - Anesthesia apparatus; Task No. 8 - Ultrasound apparatus with heads; Task 9 – Defibrillator; Task No. 10 - Medical data review station with a life function monitor for critical parameter measurements. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex No 2 ‘Assortment and price form’ and Annexes No 8A-8J — ‘Technical parameters of the subject-matter of the contract’. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery and delivery of medical equipment to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party in the Warsaw Southern Hospital, the placement and assembly of the delivered equipment in the places indicated by the Ordering Party, the commissioning of the equipment and the execution of start-up, functional tests and fitness tests of the equipment before technical acceptance (performed by authorized persons). The contractor is obliged to ensure that the device is started by an authorized service provider of the manufacturer, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty.
