Description

The subject-matter of the contract (framework agreement) is the continuous supply of electromaterial according to the contracting authority’s current needs on the basis of a framework agreement concluded, in the estimated quantity and range of goods listed in Annex 1 – a model shopping basket (hereinafter also referred to as ‘goods’) to be carried out in 2019. As a result of that tendering procedure, a framework purchase agreement (constituting a framework agreement within the meaning of Paragraph 132 of the Law) was concluded. The framework agreement is concluded with one supplier.
This notice concerns the award of contracts on the basis of the concluded Framework Purchase Agreement in Q2 2019.
