Description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of new green bus shelters along with the dismantling of existing bus shelters in the Wałbrzych Commune. 1.1. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged to: 1) supply and installation of 6 pieces of 4-module green bus shelters adapted for the installation of integrated, single-sided large-format outdoor monitors with a diagonal measurement of the screen in the range of 70-80 inches; 2) delivery and installation of 4 pieces of 4-module green bus shelters; 3) supply and installation of 6 pieces of 5-module green bus shelters adapted for the installation of integrated, single-sided large-format outdoor monitors with a diagonal measurement of the screen in the range of 70-80 inches; 4) connection of new green bus shelters to the existing electrical installation or connection to the distribution box located at the bus stop. 5) dismantling, loading, transport and unloading in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the city of Wałbrzych 15 existing bus shelters from 14 locations; 6) development, obtaining, approval and implementation of construction works projects and temporary traffic organization necessary for the installation of bus shelters; 7) execution of a geodetic as-built inventory; 8) securing the place of construction works and their markings aimed at protecting employees, bystanders and road users; 9) ordering the terrain and restoring the elements of the road lane (road, pavement, bay, etc.); 10) perform measurements of insulation resistance and measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shock for each shed. The contracting authority will reject a tender in which the proportion of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks, originating in Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision, does not exceed 50% of the total value of the products covered by the tender. The Ordering Party requires the submission of a declaration in this respect in the Offer Form (Art. 1 point 4 of the PPL Act). The contractor will offer the manufacturer, model and country of origin of the offered bus shelters.
