Description

Federally owned apartments Ulm, Säntisstraße 26,28 + Werastraße 3,7,4,6,8,10, DG extension, balcony extension, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI (ELT). The intention is to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI, for plant groups 4 (power plants) and 5 (telecommunications and information technology plants). Performance phases to be awarded according to HOAI: 5 to 8. The renovation measure comprises a total of 8 Gründerzeit houses (built in 1890). These each have three residential floors with two mirror-image 2-room apartments as well as a basement and an attic. All roof trusses are removed and newly erected as a mansard whale roof. The new living space to be created in the attic floors (two mirror-image 2.5-room apartments per house) is approx. 57 m2 per apartment (total approx. 912 m2). The existing apartments have a total living area of approximately 2,670 m2.
