Description

Mora Municipality intends to purchase work training places from suppliers operating within Mora Municipality. The aim is to give participants the opportunity to find, clarify, develop and maintain work ability in stimulating tasks without performance requirements. The goal of the intervention is set individually together with the participant and can vary from meaningful employment that maintains a work ability to developing a work ability for increased employability. For many in the target group, work ability is unclear and great emphasis is therefore placed on clarifying the individual's resources and difficulties in relation to finding, obtaining and retaining a job. Reasons for instruction may be, for example, lack of establishment in the labour market, long-term unemployment due to illness or disability, or that the participant is newly arrived in Sweden.
