Description

This notice is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information by which Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy initiates a market dialogue and surveys suppliers' interest in supplying self-service waste compactors to municipal waste management companies. Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy will also acquire self-service waste compactors for the use of 16 other waste facilities. The procurement is preliminarily planned to be divided into four sub-areas: 1. Combi clamp for closed and open self-service items 2. Duo two-level closed self-service object clamp 3. Combi waste compactor (basic compactor) 4. Duo for two-level applications with feed hopper (basic clamp) Each sub-area is preliminarily planned to select one supplier. The anticipated volume of procurement can be hundreds of waste compactors. Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy will arrange a market dialogue on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 14:00-15:00 as a Teams meeting. Suppliers interested in the procurement are invited to express their interest in participating in the market dialogue by 3 p.m. on Friday 24 October 2025 by sending an e-mail to mirva.mustakallio@lhj.fi. Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy reserves the right to invite any number of suppliers it deems necessary to participate in market dialogues. Expression of interest in a request for information shall not bind suppliers to participate in a call for tenders, nor shall it be a condition for participation in a call for tenders.
