Le marché a pour objet la réalisation d'installations de traitement biocide de l'eau de circulation par injection de monochloramine (système CTE) pour les paires de tranches 1/2 et 3/4 du CNPE de Dampierre.Chaque installation est constituée principalement (liste non exhaustive) d'un bâtiment principal (pour la partie «process»), d'une aire de stockage des réactifs (réutilisation et rénovation lorsque nécessaire de l'existant), d'une aire de dépotage (réutilisation et rénovation lorsque nécessaire de l'existant), des VRD associés, d'analyseurs dans la salle des machines et d'un local électrique.
