The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste in 2026 from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the Commune of Sękowa, including: 1) mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste, 2) municipal waste collected selectively, broken down into: paper and cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, (b) glass, glass packaging waste, (c) plastics, plastic packaging waste, metals, metal packaging waste and multi-material packaging, (d) bio-waste constituting municipal waste. 3) separately collected waste listed below: a) bulky waste, furniture, b) construction and demolition waste, c) used tyres, d) hazardous waste generated in households (chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators and others), e) expired medicines, 1.2. The management of municipal waste should be carried out in a manner that takes into account the following conditions: 1) transfer of collected mixed municipal waste to municipal installations for the treatment of municipal waste. 2) transfer of waste collected in a selective manner for recovery, and if it is not possible to recover for disposal in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). 1.3. Within the scope of this contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) make available to the contracting authority for use for the duration of the contract properly described containers (with a capacity of at least 1.1 m3) for collecting: paper and paperboard (blue): 5 pcs, b) glass (green): 5 pcs, c) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging (yellow): 5 items, (d) mixed municipal waste – non-segregated (in a colour different from the containers referred to in points (a) to (c): 10 pcs., and their settings in places agreed with the ordering party. 2) delivery to the ordering party, during the term of the contract, of bags with increased strength, properly described for waste collected separately: a) paper (blue), in a quantity that guarantees the full demand of the owners of the property in this respect, b) glass (green), c) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging (yellow). 1.4. The scope of the contract also includes the cleaning up of the site at the place of collection of waste in the case of pollution resulting from overfilling the container as well as in the case of pollution caused during collection. 1.5. The scope of the contract also includes the written notification to the Contracting Authority of the failure of the owner of the property to comply with the obligation to separately collect municipal waste. In the event of non-compliance by the property owner with the obligation to separately collect municipal waste, the Contractor shall accept it as mixed municipal waste and shall notify the Contracting Authority in writing. 1.6. The list of roads in the Sękowa commune along which municipal waste will be collected is set out in Annex 11 to the SWZ. 1.7. The estimated amount of waste expected to be collected and disposed of under this contract is: 1) mixed (non-segregated) waste, bulky waste, furniture, construction and demolition waste, used tyres, hazardous household waste, expired medicines and bio-waste: OK. 715 Mg. 2) municipal waste collected separately (paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging): OK. 235 Mg. 1.8.
