1. drawing up project documentation in accordance with Article 2 of the Rules on project and other documentation and forms in the construction of buildings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/23) – DPP, DGD, PZI, PZO, PID and drawing up a snapshot of the existing state of the building and its surroundings with all the underground and aboveground infrastructure, drawing up a conceptual solution in two variants, a geodetic snapshot and a geological-geomechanical report; 2. management of procedures for obtaining project and other conditions, opinions, consents, pre-decisions, building and operating permits and notification of the start of construction; ensuring that projects are coordinated at all stages of production; 4. participation in the phase of implementation of the tender for the selection of the contractor for construction, craft and installation works (preparation of explanations or answers to any questions that would relate to the prepared solutions in the project documentation); 5. providing a responsible project manager, who will take care of the professional management of the investment from the initial stage of planning and coordination of plans to the handover of the building by the contractor of construction, craft and installation works; 6. implementation of the activities of the coordinator for safety and health at work in the preparatory phase of the project and 7. ensuring expert verification of the occurrence of possible construction defects that could be caused by errors in the project documentation or construction defects, and in the event of the occurrence of defects, makes appropriate proposals for solutions.
