Description

Der Landkreis Freising beabsichtigt, einen gebrauchten Wechsellader mit Kran zu beschaffen. Das durch den Landkreis Freising für den Katastrophenschutz zu beschaffende zweite Wechselladerfahrzeug mit Kran soll zur Verwendung und Nutzung beim THW Ortsverband Freising disloziert werden. Eigentümer des Fahrzeugs ist und bleibt der Landkreis. Das Wechselladerfahrzeug soll ein 4-achsiges Fahrzeug mit 40 t Fahrgestell, das geländefähig mit erweitertem Fahrvermögen und Automatikgetriebe sein muss, einem Ladekran, der mind. 3 t in 7,5m Entfernung heben können muss, und einem Hakenlift für Lasten bis mind. 20 t sein. Dabei muss die Achsverteilung 2 vorne, 2 hinten sein. Die Fahrleistung sollte möglichst gering sein. Dieses Fahrzeug wird für Transport-, Lade-, Verlege- und Bergungs- und Räumarbeiten (z.B. Beseitigen von hochwasserbedingten Verklausungen vor Wasserbauwerken) im Katastrophenschutz an den Einsatzstellen benötigt.
