Description

The services will be carried out in two separate lots according to the following lots: Lot 1: Cleaning of common areas and replacement of maintenance staff. Lot 2: Proximity, business continuity and asset quality control services. For each of the lots, the contract is a framework agreement concluded in accordance with Article L. 2125-1 1° of the Code de la Commande Publique concluded from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2027, then renewable expressly from year to year until 31 December 2030 and for the following amounts: Lot 1: Cleaning of common areas and replacement of maintenance staff No minimum amount Maximum amount over 4 years: €14 000 000 excluding VAT Lot 2: Proximity, business continuity and asset quality control services: No minimum amount Maximum amount over 4 years: € 4 000 000 excluding tax
