Description

Il s'agit de plusieurs missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre d'une opération de construction au Pian Médoc, Chemin de Luget, comprenant 194 logements environ dont 118 logements locatifs sociaux et 36 logements en accession sociale (BRS) pour Domofrance. Le projet intègre également la construction de 40 logements environ en accession libre auprès d'un promoteur privé non connu à ce jour mais le projet pourra être éventuellement pris en charge pour Domofrance ultérieurement.
