Description

The object of the procurement is the provision of equipment, licences and solutions for the 3GPP Broadband Radio Access Infrastructure, including installation, configuration, commissioning, operationalisation and training services described in the descriptive documentation. The technical details are presented in the descriptive documentation and the full technical specifications are detailed in the SOC Table of the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the closing date for applications for clarifications received at least 18 days before the closing date for applications. As regards the requests for clarification regarding the descriptive documentation, they may be submitted starting with the date of publication of the contract notice and no later than 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate sent for stage II of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. At this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely within a period that will not exceed, as a rule, 3 working days from their receipt, but no later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82(3) of GEO No 114/2011.
