Etelä-Savo Campus Properties Joint Municipal Authority / South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd requests a tender for the architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical design of its property maintenance and investment projects on a time-charge basis as a framework agreement in 2025-2026, including options for 2027-2028. The properties of the framework contract subject to the invitation to tender are properties located in the inner city of Mikkeli, including 1. The properties on the Mikkeli campus in the Savonlinna area are e.g. 2. Savonlinna campus 3. Savonlinna Technology Park Other properties than those mentioned above owned by Etelä-Savo Campus Properties in the area of the joint municipal authority/South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd may also be included in the scope of this framework agreement.
