Opis przedmiotu zamówienia jest zawarty w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ – Zestawienie asortymentowo- ilościowe i parametry wymagane, Serwis gwarancyjny, szkolenia oraz w Załączniku nr 9 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia /PFU adaptacji pomieszczeń w związku z wymianą rezonansu magnetycznego w piwnicy Pawilon H.
