Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie przez rzeczoznawcę majątkowego usług w zakresie szacowania wartości nieruchomości. Zamawiający podzielił zamówienie na dwie części: Część 1 - wykonanie operatów szacunkowych w sprawie określenia wartości lokali mieszkalnych ( poz.1 -2 przedmiotu zamówienia) Część 2 - wykonanie operatów szacunkowych w sprawie określenia wartości lokali o przeznaczeniu innym iż mieszkalne, nieruchomości gruntowych niezabudowanych i zabudowanych i inne (poz. 3-15 przedmiot zamówienia). 2. Nazwy i kody zamówienia według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 70000000-1- usługi w zakresie nieruchomości 70331000-0- usługi nieruchomości mieszkalnych 70332000-7- usługi w zakresie nieruchomości innych niż mieszkalne 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 4.Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych.
