The deadline for completion of the subject of the contract is: – STAGE I of the contract – up to 6 months from the date of signing the contract – STAGE II of the contract – up to 9 months from the date of signing the contract, – STAGE III of the contract – execution of the works and obtaining the final decision on the permit to use the facility up to 21 months from the date of signing the contract, including: completion of construction works up to 19 months from the date of signing the contract, – STAGE IV of the contract – author's supervision will be carried out within the period of implementation of STAGE III of the contract. 2.1. Details of the deadline, its individual stages and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the model contract, which is Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 1 uPzp, i.e. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. The Contractor shall be bound by the tender from the date of expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders until 28 October 2025. (90 days). 6.
