Description

The sports hall complex at Copenhagener Straße 5a/b consists of two connected gymnasiums of the type GT 60 L, which were built around 1969/70. As a result, it is now more than 50 years old and has never been modernised. The technical equipment is obsolete, the thermal and weather protection is no longer guaranteed. The hall equipment is insufficient for the planned competition operation and a disability-friendly use is so far only possible in parts. In the interests of sustainability, a comprehensive renovation of the halls is therefore indispensable. The planned construction work is to be carried out in 4 phases: 1. BA: School sports field on the south side incl. access to Copenhagener Str. 5a/b 2. BA: Renovation and extension of Hall 1 (Eastern Hall) incl. access roads and parking spaces 3. BA: Renovation and extension of Hall 2 (Western Hall) including access roads and parking spaces 4. BA: After the completion of the first two construction phases, the renovation of Hall 2 (Copenhagener Str. 5a) will now take place in the third construction phase.
