Description

The town of Schwäbisch Hall is planning to rehabilitate the Hagenbachhallen of halls 2 and 3 from LPH 5. In addition to regular schooling, the halls are also used for events. The estimated total for the general energy renovation is approximately EUR 7.3 million. This measure consists of the refurbishment of the external envelope, the installation of a thermal insulation system in the area of the façade, including the upgrading of the flat roofs, the replacement of the existing ventilation system, the conversion of the hall lighting and the installation of a separate heating system in the hall area.
For this purpose, the technical planning service HLS from LPH 5 will be tendered through a two-stage negotiated procedure:
— Stage 1: Prequalification procedure with selection 3-6 candidates;
— Stage 2: Negotiated procedure with presentation of tenderers with the successful candidates from step 1.
