1. The subject of the contract is the creation of the Słupsk Support Center through the modernization and adaptation of the building complex at ul. Partisans in Słupsk (after the School of Economics) along with the expansion, retrofitting and development of the area. 2. The scope of works includes the execution of construction works consisting in full-sector reconstruction and extension of buildings at ul. Partisans 24, 25 and 26, the construction of the Daily House of Social Welfare and the reconstruction and extension of the sports hall facility at Partyzantów Street for the purpose of creating a Social Integration Center while maintaining the existing function of the sports hall, on plots with registration numbers 803/1, 804/5 and 804/6, area 6 in Słupsk along with land development. These buildings will form part of the Słupsk Support Centre complex. 3.
