Belgium-Grez-Doiceau: Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
Short description of the contract or purchase (s):
Full project author’s mission to bring Home Jean Renard into line with the new architectural and fire prevention standards applicable to establishments for the elderly, and to increase its capacity.
The mission:
— a full architectural mission,
— a stability study mission,
— a comprehensive task of engineering special techniques (HVAC, electricity, plumbing and sanitary installations) and acoustic engineering,
— a comprehensive task of coordination in the field of health and safety, relating to the well-being of workers during the performance of their work, both during the project preparation phase and during its implementation,
— a mission of EPB manager.
The contracting authority draws the tenderer’s attention to the obligation to maintain the activity of the establishment during the works. This constraint should be integrated into the design of the project.
As part of its task as project author, the contractor will assist the contracting authority in the steps it takes to obtain investment subsidies for the project (investment subsidies for elderly people’s homes, UREBA subsidies to improve energy performance, etc.). To this end, it produces the documents required by these various procedures.
