In particular, the contract includes the supply of goods and services falling into the following categories: 1) Equipment: • Active network equipment with central management system (three (3) Core Network switches) • Active network equipment (fifty-five (55) Access Network switches) • Wireless network equipment with central management system (eighty-eight (88) wireless access points) • Structured cabling (vertical and horizontal in sixty (60) workstations) • IoT and other Sensors (sixteen (16) per category, temperature and humidity sensors, water detection sensors, port status sensors) 2) Support Services: • Application and Feasibility Study • Supply of equipment and software • Equipment installation and configuration services, integration of equipment into the Central Network Management System, • Switching services from old to new equipment • Uninstallation of old wired & wireless equipment (switches, routers, etc.) and structured cabling • Guarantee of good operation and technical support. • Educational services • Help Desk services. The scope of the project is not divided into sections, due to the architecture of the project, the complementarity and interdependencies between the works, the high interoperability requirements that need to be ensured between the functional modules to be developed, as well as the limited implementation time. Uniform treatment is required for implementation, taking into account on the one hand the particularities of the Operator and on the other hand the need for an integrated solution, which will include hardware, software, the accompanying installation, warranty services provided, as well as staff training in the shortest possible time. The estimated value of this contract is EUR 1 178 000.00 including 24 % VAT (budget excluding VAT: € 950 000.00, VAT: 228.000,00). After the conclusion of the initial contract, during the implementation of the project and before the end of the contract, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise an option by increasing the physical object of the project (as described herein) up to thirty percent (30 %) of the contractual price. Consequently, the total maximum estimated value of the contract, including the options referred to above, amounts to EUR 1 235 000.00 excluding VAT (budget including VAT: 1.531.400,00 €, VAT 24% 296.400,00€). The exercise of the aforementioned options is subject to the condition that they are funded. The duration of the contract is set at six (6) months from the date of signature of the contract, including the procedure for checking and receiving deliverables, as set out in paragraph 6.3 of this Decision. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in ANNEX I – Detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract or in another descriptive document of this notice. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best value for money.
