Description

The subject of the contract is to draw up an estimate of the market value of the undeveloped property for the purposes of sale. The property is located in the Śrem district, the municipality of Książ Wielkopolski, within Książ Wielkopolski, with the total area of Książ Wielkopolski. 0,7589ha, marked as plots of land with registration number Ewid. 771/1 (map map 3) about the area of 0,5047ha and 771/2 (map map 3) with the area of 0,2542ha (KW No PO1M/00002085/4). According to the information issued under the authority of the Mayor of Śrem (OŚ.604.36.2025), the above-mentioned property marked with parcel number 771/1, 771/2 is located within the limits of the documented deposit of clay raw materials of building ceramics ‘Książ Wlkp.’. In accordance with the provisions of the study entitled ‘Bilans Resource of mineral deposits in Poland as at 31.12.2023’, available on the website of the National Geological Institute – National Research Institute, the above deposit is marked with the symbol ‘R’ with the resources identified in detail. By decision of the President of the Central Office of Geology of 26 January 1983, ‘the geological documentation of the incomplete deposit of clay raw materials of ‘Książ Wielkopolski’ building ceramics was approved, supplemented by an appendix setting out, as at 1 June 1982, the geological resources of Pliocene clays for the production of hollow and thin-walled products (except roof clays). Purpose: Plots Nos 771/1 and 777/2 are located in an area for which a local zoning plan is in force, approved by the resolution of the City Council in Książ Wlkp. of 27 February 2012 No XVII/118/2012 on the local zoning plan for bypassing the road town of Książ Wlkp. along the provincial road with adjacent areas and the area located in the village of Radoszkowo Drugie, according to which the plots are intended for the following purposes: 10P – areas of production facilities, warehouses and warehouses. The estimate shall specify: - the value of real estate - the value of the clay raw materials deposit of Książ Wlkp. construction ceramics within the limits of the above-mentioned plots.
