The subject of the award procedure is planning services for the restoration and modernisation of the gatehouse of the Cottbus Prison Memorial. The listed building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 1,130 m ² and is to be further developed into a visitor and education centre with exhibition, seminar and administrative areas.
