Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the premises and the internal (2-sided) and external (1-sided) glazing, depending on the configuration of the sites: - cleaning of premises, - cleaning of the interior glazing (2 sides), - cleaning of the exterior glazing (1 side) depending on the site, - cleaning of glass partitions, - waste management, - supply and installation of sanitary consumables, - exceptional additional interventions. This contract is a single-award composite contract comprising both a framework agreement and an ordinary contract. He's not alloti. The framework agreement part has been concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code and will give rise to the issue of order forms as needs arise. The ‘ordinary contract’ part concerns recurrent cleaning services concluded at a lump sum price. These are the services provided for in Articles 2, 4 and 5 of the Specific Technical Specifications. They shall be executed from the date indicated in the undertaking at the time of notification. The amount of the ordinary part of the contract notified is 279900Euros TTC The "framework agreement" part concerns the additional services provided for in Article 6 of the Specific Technical Specifications. It is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 20 000 Euros excluding tax for its overall duration.
