Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Das vorhandene Leistungszentrum für Rudern und Kanu in Allermöhe im Bezirk Bergdorf soll erweitert werden. Hierfür werden eine neue Eingangszone, sowie eine 2-geschossige Bootshalle mit Umkleiden, Sanitäranlagen, sowie Kraft-, Seminar- und Büroräumen errichtet. Des weiteren werden überdachte Bootsstellagen, eine Außenlagerfläche und eine Motorbootgarage gebaut. --------------- Hier: Maler
