Description

This consultation is a restricted competition procedure (Article R2162-15, R2372-1 et seq. - Public order code) on Sketch after prior selection of applications by the Jury. projects will be submitted partly on the buyer profile and partly directly in the town hall (see competition rules). The contract documents will subsequently be sent to candidates who have been admitted to the competition, in accordance with the selection criteria for applications. At the end of the competition, in accordance with Articles R. 2122-6 and R. 2172-2 of the SPC, the buyer launches a procedure without publicity or competition enabling him to negotiate with the successful tenderer(s), after submission of the tender, the technical, administrative and financial conditions of the project management contract.
