The type of action carried out on a given day and on a given road (active action, passive action and intervention action) is decided by the Employer. 6. The correctness and the actual scope of implementation of the subject of the Contract by the Contractor will be monitored by the Ordering Party via a GPS device. 7. The contracting authority shall require that drivers assigned by the contractor or subcontractor to carry out the following activities: driving vehicles (ploughing machine, wedge plough, rotary plough), were employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship.
