Description

The subject of the contract is the USG apparatus of the highest premium class for the two-piece radiology department of the FNsP J.A. Reimana Prešov. The subject-matter of the contract must be new, unused and unremanufactured, in a flawless state and comply with all applicable Slovak legislation.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject-matter of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, transport to and from the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, submission of documentary evidence necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject-matter of the contract, provision of user documentation for the subject matter of the contract, commissioning of the subject-matter of the contract (installation) with the issuing of a certificate of installation, training of the contracting authority’s medical staff on the correct use of the subject matter of the contract and issuing a training certificate containing a nominal list of trained medical personnel, and the provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject-matter of the contract during the guarantee period. All written documents must be drawn up in Slovak. Where official controls or measurements are legally required for the proper and smooth use of the subject-matter of the contract, the tenderer’s commitment shall also include the issuing or issuing of certificates attesting to the legally required checks and measurements. Where software controllers and licences are required for the commissioning and proper use of the subject-matter of the contract, the tenderer’s obligation shall also include the provision of those software controls and the grant of all licences thereon to the extent necessary for the proper, uninterrupted and unrestricted use of the subject-matter of the contract, including software components and accessories.
