Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of implants, endoprostheses, orthopaedic components, hernia meshes, systems for the treatment of pelvic organ statics disorders and the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, detailed below, divided into 27 parts called packages. The Ordering Party allows partial offers for any number of Packages. However, the Ordering Party reserves the right to submit offers by Contractors for the entire assortment in a given package. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes 2 and 2a to the SWZ. 2. The deadline for the execution of the contract is 20 months from the date of signing the contract. Indicative date of signature of the contracts: 30.05.2024 (the date is not binding, as this date is only an indicative/estimated date and may change). 3. The Contractor will be bound by the tender for a period of 90 days, i.e. until 28 July 2024. The deadline for binding the tender begins with the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders.
