The services relate to the following activities (volume given as an indication): — Assistance in the processing of applications for leave to intervene: collect, formalise, record in the CMMS and forward requests concerning either maintenance operations or reports of anomalies in the CMMS. Requests are monitored by means of working orders (4 000 corrective TOs to be processed per year), — assistance with the authorisation and planning of interventions: weekly follow-up of the plans of the various parties involved in carrying out MCO-VRP operations at the centre (20 meetings, 4700 preventive maintenance OTs and VRPs), — assistance with the management of asset data: updating of technical and regulatory documents and files, receipt, registration, verification and validation of the completeness of the Works Files (60 DOEs per year – 1500 documents), archives management (500 documents/year), — Assistance in managing heritage data: monitoring and updating of plans (1000 plans per year), and integration into the GIS tool, field information records, network detection and geo-referencing, provision of asset data, — assistance in the regulatory control of maintenance activities: Identification of the regulatory checks to be carried out by the MCO, Analysis of the MCO maintenance reports, in relation to the regulatory obligations (approximately 150 interventions per year) — Assistance in controlling the need for the installations: Drawing up/managing service agreements and gravity matrices (18 documents), — Assistance in managing maintenance processes: Construction and management of methodological benchmarks, monitoring of the application of the benchmark, — Assistance with the maintenance of equipment: Assistance in designing and receiving DOEs (approximately 20 DOEs/year), — Assistance in controlling asset inventories: asset control, inventory management, printing and affixing of asset identification labels (Parc of 6500 assets, approximately 400 assets to be audited per year – 200 asset identification labels per year) – Maintenance optimisation analyses: Analysis/definition of a reference PMP, Analysis/treatment of obsolescence, Analysis of strategic stock, (PMP analysis: 24 types of equipment per year, obsolescence: 120 references per year, average strategic stock of 50 references) — assistance in monitoring the MCO market (maintenance in operational condition): inspection of maintenance reports, field inspection of maintenance operations, monitoring of BPUs (120 OT/year, 75 intervention checks/year, analysis of 75 estimates/year) — Assistance in optimising IT tools: creation of specific queries on Business Object or POWERBI. Development of a specific tool (approximately 50 requests per year, development of a tool per year) — Coordinate and manage teams, respect for information security, reporting, participation in contractual meetings and interface management. The services covered by this contract concern all the centre’s infrastructure and cover the following technical areas: — CFx integrating (3100 Assets): The strong currents, The weak currents of security, The weak currents of communication, The control commands. — Electromechanical systems (290 Assets): Means of handling, means of lifting, means of access (lift, lift, EM systems inside buildings, etc.). — The CVCF integrating (2030 Assets): The installations of Air Conditioning and Cold, Ventilation, Heating, Fluid installations of easements. — The Integrated Water Cycle (550 Assets): The drinking water and fire supply chain (treatment, reservoir, networks), wastewater collection networks (rainwater, valve water, industrial effluents), wastewater/rainwater treatment plants (fosses, stations, separators). — The scope of the services covers different types of installations such as: ICPE (installations classified for environmental protection), IOTA (Installations, Works, Works and Arrangements), Industrial installations, Tertiary buildings.
