Obiectul acordului cadru il reprezinta achizitia de servicii repararea și întreținerea ambarcatiunilor din dotarea Serviciului de Ambulanta Tulcea, conform cărților tehnice și normelor Autorității Navale Romane. Valoare estimata cel mai mic contract subsecvent: 779.417 lei fara TVA Valoare estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.150.208 lei fara TVA Valoare estimata totala a acordului-cadru : intre 1.264.058 lei si 2.311.916 lei. Cantitatile maxime si minime sunt conform caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile maxime si minime aferente contractelor subsecvente sunt conform caietului de sarcini. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate, trimestrial, semestrial, sau ori de cate ori apare la nevoie noua, cuantumurile valorice a fiecarui contract subsecvent vor fi stabilite in raport cu necesitatile ce fac obiectul contractului si a resurselor financiare pe care autoritatea contractata le are la dispozitie. Atentie: Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I din Fisa de Date, respectiv 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
