Poland-Warsaw: Construction work for buildings relating to railway transport

1. The subject-matter of the contract is a construction work involving the reconstruction of the Malczyce railway station, in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), which constitutes Annex 2 to the ToR (contains: construction design, implementing design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and bills of measurement, construction permit).
2. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67. 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Act, within a period of three years from the date on which the contract was awarded to the previous contractor. The sum of the value of these contracts shall not exceed 20 % of the value of the basic contract.
3. The possible scope and conditions for the award of similar contracts are set out in Chapter VII of the ToR.
4. This contract is part of a larger contract.
