Description

(1) Collection of municipal waste from properties in which residents live (occupied properties), 2) Equipment of the properties referred to in point 1 with covert containers and an annual package of municipal waste collection bags in a quantity and capacity in accordance with the regulations in force for cleanliness and order in the ‘Clean Region’ Inter-municipal Union, with the exception of containers for the separate collection of ash. (3) Maintenance of containers in good order and technical condition. (4) The provision of a mobile municipal waste collection point for residents of the sector, hereinafter referred to as the MPSZOK, which meets the conditions laid down in Chapter VI, point 10, until the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) is operational, and to collect selected fractions of waste specified in this GIP. (5) Receipt and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste such as: expired medicines from pharmacies, medical waste, chemicals, oils and fats, packaging containing hazardous waste, batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, tyres. (6) Collection and management of waste collected at the Inter-municipal Centre for the Collection of Electro-waste located in Kędzierzyn-Koźle 7) At the request of the Contracting Authority, ensure that municipal waste is received from owners of non-resident properties which are outside the municipal waste management system and do not have a waste export contract (substitute implementation). The estimated number of properties for which the owners did not comply with the statutory obligation to conclude a separate contract for the collection of municipal waste is 145 properties. The Contractor will be required to provide a complete set of containers for municipal waste in accordance with the Clean Region Regulations in force in the ‘Clean Region’ Inter-municipal Association, in accordance with the frequency with which non-resident properties are subject to the Association’s system.
