Description

The contract concerns short-term hiring of different types of vehicles. The tenderer must:
(1) be able to offer passenger cars with a seat of at least four (4) persons, open and covered light vans and small buses with seats for approximately nine (9) persons (hereinafter referred to as “hire cars”). Municipalities need vehicles powered by various forms of fuel (petrol, diesel, blend of ethanol, ethanol or other fuels).
Vehicles must also be retrievable/left by the lessee preferably at the Karlskrona Oskarswarn.
The tenderer must:
(2) also indicate the possibilities for the tenderer to supply/retrieve vehicles elsewhere in the municipality (e.g. different workplaces for employees in the municipal sector and its companies).
The tenderer must:
(3) report on the possibility of one-way hiring (i.e. the car is provided elsewhere) and the cost thereof.
