Description

The renovation of the building technology of the vacant school building at Habsburger Straße 14 in Pforzheim is to be targeted at the needs of a new school for children with intellectual disabilities (SBBZ Lernen).
In the context of the refurbishment, the requirements of school use by the special clientele must be taken into account.
The building with its building services has significant defects, which have led to the expiry of the building permit.
Renovation must combine the requirements of the spatial programme with the necessary measures to ensure stability, fire protection and building physics. A high demand must be placed on the economically sensible energetic optimization of the building envelope and building technology.
The school building with outdoor facilities must be overplanned, optimised and fixed in a permit planning. The entire remediation process must be documented.
The commissioning is provided for in two stages:
1st stage: Leading phases 1-3
2nd stage: Performance phases 4-9
