Description

La fornitura è costituita da un unico lotto, CIG B11815E5CA- importo a base di gara € 4.036.620,26 al netto dell’IVA, comprensivo degli oneri relativi alla sicurezza (oneri per eliminazione rischi da interferenze) stimati in € 0,00 non soggetti a ribasso. Rilevata la natura delle prestazioni non si rende necessario procedere alla redazione del documento unico di valutazione dei rischi da Interferenza (DUVRI), e pertanto non sono stati individuati oneri da interferenza. Durata del contratto: 48 mesi è prevista l’opzione di proroga di cui all’art. 120 commi 11 d.lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i., come indicato nell’art. 7 bis comma 2. E’ inoltre previsto, ai sensi dell’art. 120 comma 1 lett. a), l’opzione di cui all’art. 25, comma 2 bis dello schema di contratto allegato alla presente lettera di invito.
