1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity confirmed by guarantees of origin from renewable energy sources (RES), to the Ordering Party being the final customer, taking place under the conditions set out in generally applicable provisions, in particular in the Energy Law and the RES Act, in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned acts and the rules set out in concessions and draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ, 2.
