La présente consultation concerne la fourniture et l'acheminement d'électricité et de gaz naturel alimentant les points de livraison du groupement de commandes et la fourniture de services associés. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes, en application des articles L.2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique, avec les organismes suivants : - Ville de Mandelieu-la Napoule ; - CCAS de Mandelieu-La Napoule. La coordination du groupement de commande est assurée par la ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule.
