Hillingdon seeks to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out the role of Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 on small and medium size projects. The proposed contract is for a 3 year term with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance, for 1 year.
Hillingdon does not commit to a volume of services being required under the proposed contract or to a value of services.
