Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa sieci wodociągowej (magistrali wodociągowej) DN 400 mm o długości około 7,1 km doprowadzających wodę do SUW Stara Miłosna na terenie Dzielnicy Wesoła m. st. Warszawy z podziałem na 2 zadania, każde realizowane w dwóch etapach tj. Etap I – opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej, Etap II – budowa.
Realizacja przedmiotowego zamówienia ma na celu doprowadzenie wody z Wodociągu Układu Centralnego (WUC), w oparciu o systemem przewodów magistralnych, do Stacji Uzdatniania Wody „Stara Miłosna” na terenie Dzielnicy Wesoła m.st. Warszawy.
Zadanie nr 1
Wykonanie sieci wodociągowej (magistrali wodociągowej) DN 400 mm L ca 6 850 m w ul. Łysakowskiej, ul. Kaczeńca, ul. J. Skrzyneckiego, ul. Kościuszkowców, ul. B. Czecha, ul. Trakt Brzeski i ul. Fabrycznej na terenie Dzielnic Wawer i Wesoła m.st. Warszawy.
Zadanie nr 2
Wykonanie sieci wodociągowej (magistrali wodociągowej) DN 400 mm L ca 250 m w ul. Fabrycznej na odcinku od projektowanej w ramach Zadania nr 1 magistrali DN 400 na wysokości skrzyżowania z ul. Gościniec do połączenia z układem wodociągowym Stacji Uzdatniania Wody „Stara Miłosna” na działce 699 z obrębu 8-07-15 na terenie Dzielnicy Wesoła m.st. Warszawy.
