Description

The subject matter of the contract shall include: - Supply of new external tires agricultural machines, depending on the needs of the Employer, including dismantling of old tires, installation, replacement of valve of new tires; - Repair of old damaged tyres for agricultural machines (installation, disassembly, gluing, straightening of wheels, etc.) depending on the needs of the Employer. Indicative description of the tyres/services used for agricultural machinery – in Technical Specification (Annex № 5 of the tender documentation): The tyres supplied must be of a high class, new and unused, responsible for the brand and type of agricultural machine concerned and produced in one of those years, 2024, 2025, 2026 or later. Tyres/services (installation, disassembly, removal, boarding, gluing, straightening of rims, etc.) must be delivered/performed within 10 working days from the request of the contracting authority. All costs related to the delivery shall be borne by the Contractor. Transport in connection with the repair of old damaged tyres shall be carried out by transport and at the expense of the Contractor. The warranty period of the delivered tyres is according to the manufacturer's warranty, but not less than 12 months and starts from the date of the invoice for the delivered. The contracting authority is not obliged to declare all types of tires and services described, nor is it obliged to spend the declared financial resources. In the event that TP "SGS - Asenovgrad" manages newly acquired agricultural machinery by SCDP during the term of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to supply tyres, disassembly, assembly, straightening of rims and for the newly acquired agricultural machinery.
