Description

The central purchasing body introduces a dynamic purchasing system (‘DPS’) for the supply of various types of infusion, rinsing and irrigation solutions pursuant to Section 138 et seq. of Act No 134/2016. The subject is the continuous supply of various types of infusion, rinsing and irrigation solutions. Based on the submitted request to participate, there is no award of a specific public contract in the DNS. After the assessment of the requests to participate has been carried out, the DNS will be implemented. Suppliers that meet the terms of reference will be included in the DNS. The subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, delivery time, responsible public procurement, commercial and payment terms of specific public contracts awarded in the DNS will always be specified and specified in the Invitation (Invitations) to submit a tender pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. With selected suppliers will be concluded framework purchase contracts, purchase contracts, or other types of contracts according to specific invitations to tender.
